Add Course Offerings

Follow the instructions below once you have created a draft Curriculum Plan and are ready to enter course offerings. Option 1 is recommended because it limits many of the fields available initially and allows the system to pre-populate certain course information using it's database of master courses.

Once logged into the system:

Option 1: "Course Catalog Selector" Quick Add

1. Click on down arrow on the Curriculum Plans top navigation tab
2. Select appropriate Curriculum Plan
3. Scroll down to and select New Course Offering tab
   • Fill out the following fields:
     • Select a Quarter
     • Select a Course
     • and any other relevant data fields
4. Click Next

Option 2: Native Salesforce "New" method

1. Click on down arrow on the Curriculum Plans top navigation tab
2. Select CP Course Offerings from menu
3. On the top right side of the screen, click New button
   • Fill out the following fields:
     • Course Name
     • Quarter
     • Curriculum Plan
     • and any other relevant data fields
4. Click Save.
