Creating a Curriculum Plan

Create a Curriculum Plan

1. Click on Curriculum Plans from the top, navigation menu.
2. Click on New (from the top, right of the screen)
3. Fill out the following fields:
   • Name: Enter anything you want here, the real name will be auto-generated based on the "Department Name" + “Academic Year" (e.g., Art - AY 2020-2021)
   • Department: Begin typing the name of your department and then select your department from the lookup results
   • Academic Year: Type one of the years in the academic year you want and select the correct one from the lookup results.
   • Annual Salary for Teaching Assistants: Required if you would like FTE calculations for course offering cost to function.
   • Teaching Assistant Methodology: input any methodology notes if desired. You can enter and/or modify this after the plan is created.
4. Click Save
