Why am I getting a "Course Already Provisioned" error?
You encounter this error when attempting to access your GauchoCast course folder:
Course already provisioned to a GauchoCast folder and the current user does not have access to perform operations on that folder
This may be the result of an improper sync between GauchoCast and GauchoSpace when provisioning your course folder. You cannot fix this yourself. You will need to be given Creator permissions for your course folder by a Help Center agent.
Please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Please note the error.
- Provide the course folder name (e.g. CLASS 55 - TROY - Summer 2020).
- Request Creator permissions for your course folder.
