If no students can view:
→ Video may be located in a folder that doesn’t allow for shared permissions (Videos must be placed in a provisioned course folder that is tied to a UCSB Canvas course page. Only students enrolled in that Canvas course can access the videos in the GC folders.)
→ Permissions on said video might be locked down.
Once you move the video into the appropriate course folder, it should be viewable by all of the students enrolled in your course, though they might need to check in the GauchoCast section (if visible) of your course page.
This article walks through moving your video file in GauchoCast:

If only some students can view and not others:
1st- Please make sure that the video is located inside your provisioned course folder. Videos stored in a personal folder will limit who can see the content.
2nd- Verify that the students who do not have access to the video are currently on your class roster in UCSB Canvas.
3rd- Advise students to try accessing the content through the GauchoCast block on your Canvas course page. The student will only need to do this once and will establish their viewer permissions.
As a last resort, you may change the sharing permissions on GauchoCast videos to "anyone at this org. with a link." This method requires viewers to authenticate against Canvas to view the video. The only way to find the videos in the first place would be to directly get there via a link. Links may be shared with students, via Canvas.
