If no students can view:
→ Video is likely in a folder that doesn’t allow for shared permissions (Videos must be placed into a course folder that is tied to a GauchoSpace course page. Only students enrolled in that GS course can access the videos in the GC folders.)
→ Permissions on said video might be locked down.
Once you move the video into the appropriate course folder, it should be viewable by all of the students enrolled in your course.
This article walks through moving your video file in GauchoCast:

If only some students can view and not others:
Option 1 (Recommended)
Instruct your students to access their first video via the GauchoCast block on GauchoSpace. Accessing content via the GauchoCast block on GauchoSpace generates viewer permissions for students on the GauchoCast website for your course. Unfortunately, the roster sync between GauchoSpace and GauchoCast does not always send the full roster over. The immediate work around is to have students grant themselves viewer permissions by accessing their first video via the GauchoCast block on GauchoSpace.Afterwards, they will be able to access your content however you are providing it (links, embedded, etc.).
If students continue to have issues after trying this, then send them our way by emailing id-help@ucsb.edu.
Option 2
1st- Please make sure that the video is actually in your course folder. Sometimes these videos can be in a discussion folder, which will limit who can see the content.
2nd- Verify that the students who do not have access to the video are currently on your class roster in GauchoSpace.
3rd- Try re-syncing your roster between GauchoCast and GauchoSpace. Note, this may take some time (30 minutes) to complete. (https://help.lsit.ucsb.edu/hc/en-us/articles/360041197471-GauchoCast-Error-in-Block-)
If none of these options work, you can also change the sharing permissions on their videos to "anyone at this org. with a link." This method will still require viewers to log in to view the video. The only way to find the videos in the first place would be to directly get there via a link. Which can be shared to students via GauchoSpace.
