- Using the built-in annotation tools and whiteboard - Annotate over a shared screen or write on a virtual whiteboard directly within Zoom.
- From an Android tablet or iPad - Tap on the screen and select "Share Content." From the menu options, select either "Whiteboard" or "Screen." Click the pencil icon to draw/annotate. **Note: Zoom does not provide an option to share a whiteboard from iPhone devices**
- From a computer (Mac/PC or Linux) - Select "Share Screen" from the meeting controls bar, then choose either "Whiteboard" or "Desktop." Click on the pencil icon and use your mouse to draw or annotate on the display. If you have a touch screen monitor, you may also use your finger or requisite stylus.
- Using Jamboard (collaborative whiteboard) - Launch Jamboard from the web (part of the G Suite from Google). Screen share via Zoom and select the Jamboard window to share.
- Using a Document Camera source (computer) - Make sure the document camera is plugged in to your computer via a USB cable. Select "Share Screen." At the top of the window, toggle the slider to "Advanced" options. Select "Content from 2nd Camera." Your document camera feed will now be shared over Zoom.
