Please open a Help Center ticket or email your issue to help@id.ucsb.edu and share the link to your videos that are not playing. Once we have the specific GauchoCast links then we can work to reprocess them.
NOTE:
For videos uploaded before 2018, the raw video, quizzes, and slides are no longer available. Only the podcast version of the video can be accessed. The video may present properly on Gauchocast, but will have problems when edited.
