If you are receiving an error when adding a Zoom activity to your course site (such as the error included in the screenshot below), it may be because the address associated with your UCSB Identity record does not match the email address listed in your GauchoSpace account.
To fix this, go to your homepage in GauchoSpace and locate your email under your name and click on the email listed.
In the "Email Address", drop-down menu, you will want to choose the email address associated with your UCSBnetID.
If your UCSBnetID is not available as an option (as in the screenshot below), you will need to go to the UCSB Identity Manager to update the email addresses associated with your account: https://secure.identity.ucsb.edu/editor/https://www.im.ucsb.edu/
Once you've logged into the UCSB Identity Manager, add your email consisting of UCSBnetID@ucsb.edu to your primary department email and then click on Update Profile at the bottom of the page. You should then be able to change your email in GauchoSpace using the steps outline above.
