Users of GauchoPrint can get support in several different ways.
In Person Support
Support can be found at any of the Collaborate Open Access labs across campus during their normal business hours. Simply visit one of the labs and ask one of the Support Center staff for assistance.
If problems or questions are had and visiting an Open Access lab isn’t convenient then calling the Collaborate support line is another quick option. Please call 805-893-4357
Any and all problems can be reported either by going to https://help.lsit.ucsb.edu/hc/en-us/requests/new or sending an email to email@example.com. All submissions are generally answered by the end of the next business day.
