Note: Some instructors choose not to use the gradebook or do not input any grades. Also, keep in mind that some assignments may not receive grades, or an instructor may not have yet released grades for every assignment. It is also possible that your instructor "hides" the gradebook on their course site. Please contact your instructor if you have questions on the availability of your grades.
On a computer
- Log in to GauchoSpace and enter your course site.
- In the Administration Block, click Grades.
If you don't see the administration block, check to make sure that it is not minimized.
On a mobile device
When viewing GauchoSpace on a mobile device the menus are condensed to buttons. However, the new theme gives easier access to the Grades link.
- Log in to GauchoSpace and enter your course site.
- Click on the menu button
to expand the navigation menu. - Click on This course to view the items in your course site.
- In this list you will see a link for Grades - click to access your grades.
View all grades
Students are able to see all grades in their GauchoSpace course sites using the drop down menu at the top of the page.
- Log in to GauchoSpace.
- Scroll over your name at the top right of any page in GauchoSpace and select Grades.
While students are able to see all of their grades in GauchoSpace on one page, these grades will display in the same way they are displayed to a student in the gradebook of an individual site (i.e. total points, percentages, letter grades, etc). This means that not all grades will not necessary be displayed in the same format. Above is an example of how grades may display in various formats.
