Some instructors don't have the time or the interest in going through a required orientation to use GauchoSpace. In this case, we've made an exception where the instructor can delegate management of the course site to a Teaching Assistant. This is the process that supports this request:
- The instructor submits a request (via a Help Ticket) that the TA manage the course site. Please include all relevant information, such as your first and last name, the course title and number, and the first and last name of the TA.
- The support staff will create the course site and add the TA in with an "Editing TA" role.
- If the TA hasn't gone through an orientation session, he/she should attend one within a week. The TA should visit this page to learn more about times for the GauchoSpace Orientation Session.
