Activity reports are available for each participant in a course. As well as listings of their forum posts or assignment submissions, these reports include detailed access logs.
Student access to their own reports is controlled by the instructor via a course setting. For some courses, these reports can be a useful tool for students to reflect on their involvement and appearance within the online environment. It can also help a student review the logs that indicate time stamps for their own attempts or submissions on quizzes and other time-dependent assignments.
When enabled, students are able to see their participation in the site by clicking on My Profile Settings and then clicking Activity Reports tab.
To turn on the activity reports for students:
1. Log in to GauchoSpace and enter your course site.
2. In the Administration Block click Edit settings.
3. Click Appearance to expand the options for that section.
4. Using the drop-down menu for Show activity reports, select Yes.
5. Click Save changes.
