If you are receiving an error message for an external tool such as Zoom, iClicker, Eli Review or Gradescope this is related to a recently developed issue with browsers autofilling a user's credentials into the settings of external tools when the activity is created in GauchoSpace. To fix this please delete the currently created external tool activity in GauchoSpace and recreate it. You can recreate the activity in a Private/Incognito window using the regular steps or follow the steps below.
1. When you recreate the activity give the activity a name and then click on "Show more...".

2. Scroll down to the "Shared secret" field click on the text box and delete what has been auto-filled there.

3. Once you delete it the text box should say "Click to enter text" (screenshot below), this allows the activity to use the preconfigured shared secret.

4. At the bottom of the page click "Save and display" and verify that the activity is linking/working as expected.
