How do I download all files in a Gauchospace course?

There are two methods to download files from your Gauchospace course site:

1. Download Files Block

A new feature that has been recently added to GauchoSpace is the Download Files block. This block allows users to download all files in a course site, or selectively by week/topic. 

To use the Download Files block:

1. Log in to GauchoSpace and enter the course site you'd like to download files from.
2. Locate the Download Files block in your course site. Blocks are found on the right hand side of the page. If it is not on the course site, your instructor has not installed the block. 
3. From the drop-down menu, select Download all. Alternatively, you can download files for a specific week by selecting the week from the drop-down menu. Only weeks with downloadable content will be shown.
   
   
   
   
4. A zip folder download will begin once you have made your selection. If downloading just a single week, all files will appear in the downloaded folder. When downloading all, files will be separated by week, and each week will be in its own folder within the downloaded folder.

If your instructor does not have the Download files block installed, a way to access all Resources in one place is to visit the Resources page, found under This Course:
