One of the default settings for many Google Groups is to have replies to messages sent to a group go to all members of the group. In many cases groups prefer to have replies only sent to the sender of the original message. The steps below will explain how to get to the reply settings for your Google Groups.
- Sign in to Google Groups.
- Click My Groups.
- Choose a group.
- Near the top right, click Manage. A menu appears on the left.
- On the left, click Settings
Email Options.
- Towards the bottom of the Email Options you will see Post Replies where you can select from different reply settings.
