Vacation Automatic Reply

  1. Sign into U-Mail WebAccess.
  2. Click on the settings icon in the top right corner.
  3. In search box under settings type "Automatic replies" and select Automatic replies from the results.
  4. Click the Send Automatic replies radio button.
  5. If you want the Automatic reply to be applied during a specific period
    1. Check the Send replies only during this time period.
    2. Enter the dates and times.
    3. Enter the text for all those who have U-Mail accounts and the text for all others in the text fields below the dates and times.
  6. The final step is to press the OK button.

NOTE: To stop Automatic replies, either click the “Don’t send Automatic replies” or press the “Cancel’ button.
