Sign in to the Identity Manager, which requires your personal details such as date of birth to log in. The Identity Manager will allow you to review your UCSBnetID, account status, and optionally reset your password.
If you wish to reset your password the system will ask you to recall answers to the security questions you answered while creating your UCSBnetID.
Students:
If you cannot recall the answers to your security questions, we can reset those questions for you.
However, you will need to come in person to any of our Student Support Centers so that we can verify your identity. To verify your identity, you will need to present either your passport or Access Card.
Once we have verified your identity, you will be able to choose new questions & answers and consequently change your password.
