Guest accounts are small, limited accounts that allow for community members to print on campus.
If something happens with your print or if you need more pages for your visit, please observe the process below.
Folks using GauchoPrint with a guest account (gu-[account name]) may request a refund or refill using the Google form linked below. Please allow up to two business days for your request to be processed though if done before 5pm on Weekdays same day processing is possible.
Please be aware that a good faith effort is made to honor all reasonable refund requests. Refunds, however, are provided solely at the discretion of Collaborate Management and may be denied.
